Dayton Land Developers Gain County Approval for The Santa Maria Ranch Specific Plan February 2010, the Lyon County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the Specific Plan proposed by Dayton Land Developers revising the design on the currently undeveloped portions of The Santa Maria Ranch. The new design brings a variety of future housing options and a quality of design that is unique to the Santa Maria Ranch. This community will surely serve as the showcase community for the region. Dayton Land Developers Works With Community on Santa Maria Ranch Redesign Dayton Land Developers introduced a preliminnary plan for redesigning the undeveloped portions of The Santa Maria Ranch in 2008. After multiple meetings with County agencies, local community groups, and Santa Maria Ranch residents the plan is being further refined to incorporate all the great ideas brought forth over the past months.
